If Ipswich want rid, man city are the main club, so they have to take him back, or pay more of his wages, which they maybe happy to do to get rid. Sell him back to Leeds because west ham said same his head is leeds, but they won’t ever pay that amount on wages for him as it stands.
He needs to show he still wants to play football, which that may be the problem and that on his mind his Dad.

This article is inaccurate. Kalvin Phillips could not have gone back to City, regardless of whether they wanted him or not because they didn’t trigger a loan release clause in their contractual agreement.
