Jorgen Hesselberg is the author of Unlocking Agility and co-founder of Comparative Agility, the world’s leading Agile assessment and continuous improvement platform. Since 2009, he has been at the forefront of some of the most successful enterprise transformation initiatives worldwide, providing strategic guidance, executive counsel, and hands-on coaching to many of the world’s most respected organizations. A recognized thought leader, Jorgen has trained thousands of professionals in Agile and Scrum, disruptive innovation, and enterprise transformation strategy. His work bridges deep technical expertise with a keen understanding of organizational dynamics, enabling leaders to turn change into a competitive advantage.
